I’m excited to have you stay in our apartment and hope you enjoy every aspect of your stay!. If you have any issues while you are here, please reach out to Matt @ 240-421-5497. The following info will help ensure you have a smooth stay…
Pier 7 Marina – Apartment 100
The apartment you’ll be staying at is Apartment 100 in the Pier 7 Marina building. The address is:

As you approach the property on South River Road, you will come to an open parking lot area with a restaurant called The Pier Oyster Bar on your left, and a gate to Pier 7 Marina on the road itself. You will be entering this gate to go to the building with the apartment. The gate code is #3379.

Once you enter the gate, you will drive down into the marina area to the large waterfront building with the ‘Pier 7 Marina’ sign on it. Park in front of this building towards the front left/water side of it. The apartment is on the first floor on the left side of the building (the side closest to the water and small beach).
You will enter two doors to get into the apartment.
The exterior door gets you into a small lobby that is shared with an apartment above this one.

You will then enter a code to get into the apartment door itself, which is immediately in front of you when you enter the small lobby.

And that’s it. Once you’re in, you’re free to enjoy your stay!
Internet – We have one wireless network available for guest use. The network and password are on the side of the router in the living room
Parking
- There are two spaces marked Apartment 100 in front of the apartment for your use.
- Any additional vehicles can be parked to the right of the building in the gravel lot.
Eat, Drink, and Be Merry – Annapolis is home to a slowly-burgeoning dining scene. While many visitors spend their money at the old standbys like McGarvey’s, we recommend the following places downtown:
Preserve – www.preserve-eats.com – We own this one, so we’re biased! It’s been in the Washingtonian’s Top 100 Restaurants every year since , and Baltimore Sun. We promise you won’t be disappointed!
Iron Rooster – Down along the harbor in downtown Annapolis, this one features breakfast-all-day.
Waterman’s Tavern – Hidden locals dive bar over in Edgewater. Good food and a BOGO on all drinks from 3pm-6pm every day.
Jalapenos – Another locals favorite. Spanish tapas in a strip mall.
Vin 909 – Good pizza and wine over in Eastport.
Cantler’s – The best crabhouse in the Annapolis area.
The Point – Over in Arnold, this is a favorite waterfront spot for Annapolitans.
Things To Do – You’ll find plenty to do in downtown Annapolis! Too much for us to even list, really. Just go for a stroll :)

Massages, facials, beauty services, just the thing if your trip is relaxation focused, and maybe even more the thing if you’re stressed! Rent a Pontoon Boat at Harmony Marina - Head to Harmony Marina for some relaxing bliss on the Rhode River! Just tell ‘em we sent you - head to www.harmonymarina.com or call (240) 356-3939 for more info.
Water Livin’ - At Pier 7, you’re welcome to use the beach chairs, picnic tables, and grill that are all setup on the beach. Just clean up after yourself if you use any of them.
In the Marina, some of the tenant businesses offer great entertainment options for you:
- SUP Paddleboard – 434-234-4443 - For paddleboard rentals or lessons.
- YogaVibez – 443-865-3109 – For yoga
- South River Jet Ski – 410-212-4202 - Jet Ski Rentals (April – October)
Check-Out Procedure – When your trip is over, please help us with the following check-out procedures:
1. Strip the sheets from the bed, gather your used towels, and place them all on the floor to the left of the door.
2. Place your trash in the trashcans.
3. Please wash and replace any dishes you’ve used.
4. Text me @ 240-421-5497 to let me know your visit is over.
5. Book your next trip and come see us again….And tell all your friends!
** Late check-out at 1:00 pm may be available for a $75 supplement, subject to availability. Feel free to ask in advance, as we can only accommodate this request if there is no guest the next day and we coordinate additional payment with our cleaning team.**
