Chef Jeremy Hoffman, Culinary Director
The back of house half of our powerhouse husband and wife team, Chef Jeremy Hoffman has moved through the kitchens of some of the biggest names in the industry, including Nobu 57 and Thomas Keller’s famed Per Se, stacking awards under his belt including Eater Young Gun 2013. Jeremy’s years of kitchen experience and experience as head chef help keep our kitchens running at top efficiency, not to mention his culinary brilliance.
Michelle Hoffman, Director of Hospitality
The managerial yin to Chef Hoffman’s yang, Michelle has managed thriving, large scale projects like Tribeca Grill and served as maitre d’ at establishments like Union Square Cafe. Her logistical expertise makes her perfectly suited to running all things Front of House on an even keel, and her sommolier and bartending knowledge are invaluable.
Landon Paddock, Director of Marketing
Landon Paddock specializes in building brands from the ground up and extending social media reach with carefully manicured online presences for Harmony projects. His expertise with Google Ads, Instagram marketing, and all things web based give Harmony endeavors the modern edge in the new media landscape of hospitality investments.
Ashley Franz, Director of Hospitality Operations
Harmony’s on-the-ground team leader, Ashley Franz brings years of operational expertise to our properties outside the realm of food and beverage. Ashley directly manages day to day operations and coordinates the rest of our team leads, somehow managing to keep everyone’s head firmly on everyone’s respective shoulders.
