Parking Information (IMPORTANT!)
1. From 5 12th Street, head west on 12th Street (away from the boardwalk).
2. Continue straight through the traffic light.
3. Take the first right onto Wilmington Lane.
4. Make your first left into the Decatur House parking lot.

Complimentary Reserved Spaces:
You have been assigned complimentary parking spaces 80, 81, 82, and 83. These are the only spaces available for your use during your stay, and we kindly ask that you do not park in any other spaces within the lot. Please be aware that any violation of this parking agreement may result in eviction from your stay.

Parking Pass Reminder:
To ensure compliance, please display the parking pass provided in your welcome bag prominently in the window of your vehicle while parked in these assigned spaces.

Additional Parking Options:
If you require more options, public street parking is available on 12th Street. It’s free and operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so keep an eye out for those spaces!

Things To Do – You’ll find plenty to do on the boardwalk and of course the beach, just steps away. Too much for us to list. Mostly, just get your stroll on and enjoy whatever you find ☺ You can visit Oceancity.com for a full list of current activities!

Pool Bar - If you’re after an onshore swim, be sure to check out Poolside, the pool bar on 4th Street OC for some fun vibes, great drinks, and live music!

A few items of note:

We all love the beach, but not the sand. Please shake out your towels and bathing suits, plus rinse your feet and beach items before coming inside. There is a hose on the side of the house and there are public wash stations at the boardwalk.

  • Trash is collected on Tuesday and Friday, and must be out by 6am, so please pull all trash to the curb the evening prior.

  • Please remove lint from the dryer after each use

  • If you smoke, please do so outside and dispose of butts in the trash can.

  • Please be mindful of noise - we have guests downstairs as well as neighbors, many of whom are traveling with very young children. Please keep noise to a minimum after nightfall.

Check-Out Procedure – When your trip is over, please help us with the following check-out procedures:

  1. Place your trash in the outdoor trash cans under the stairs.

  2. Please wash and replace any dishes you’ve used.

  3. Strip the sheets from the bed, gather your used towels, and place them all in one location.

  4. If you have rented linens, please strip the sheets from the bed, gather your used towels, and place them all in one location.

  5. Book your next trip and come see us again….And tell all your friends!
