Welcome to Annapolis!
I’m excited to have you stay in our apartment and hope you enjoy every aspect of your stay!. If you have any issues while you are here, please reach out to Matt @ 240-421-5497. I’ll be sure to do everything I can to make sure your stay is smooth and memorable. Mostly, I’ll just stay out of your way 😉
The house is located at 1024 Carrs Wharf Road, Edgewater, MD 21037. See the app for pics of how to get there. The house is on the right, as you approach Carr’s Wharf, *not* down the hill.
Entrance Code - The house code is in the app / will be messaged to you.
Check-In: 3:00 pm
Check-Out: 11:00 am
** Late check-out at 1:00 pm may be available for a $75 supplement, subject to availability. Feel free to ask in advance, as we can only accommodate this request if there is no guest the next day and we coordinate additional payment with our cleaning team.**
Internet - We have one wireless network available for guest use. The password to the network is mattguest.
Parking - The front of the house has a whole bunch of open parking. Be careful not to hit our well or tear up the grass, if you don’t mind!
Fireplaces - Please don’t use the fireplaces. They work, but we really don’t want any safety hazards.
Grill - The grill is setup and ready for you to use. Please treat it like your own and clean up after you use it…i.e. Leave it like new! There should be tools for it in the pantry and a full tank of gas.
Eat, Drink, and Be Merry – Annapolis is home to a slowly-burgeoning dining scene…we’ve put many of our favorites in the app.
Take a Spa Day - We’re a little biased because we love these folks, but allow us to recommend one of our favorite local businesses: Even Keel Wellness Spa just up the road. Massages, facials, beauty services, just the thing if your trip is relaxation focused, and maybe even more the thing if you’re stressed! Pontoon Boats, Kayaks, and Standup Paddleboards - From May to October, if you want to rent any of these during your stay, message me in the app and we’ll coordinate based on seasonal availability.
Check-Out Procedure – When your trip is over, please help us with the following check-out procedures:
No need to strip the beds, do linens, etc. - just let us know if there are any rooms you have not used. We’ll handle the rest!
Please take all of your trash out to the trash cans on the front patio. If you have trash that doesn’t fit in the trash cans or recycling, please put it in the marina dumpster (down the hill to the left).
If you are staying on Thursday night -> Friday morning, please put out the trash cans at the end of the driveway on Thursday night. We appreciate you!
Please place all of the dishes you’ve used in the dishwasher and run it.
